Our custom charcoal oyster cooking grill with large cook area, condiment warmer, and bins over ice to keep cold items cool.

Santa Maria Grill

Use the Santa Maria style grill for cooking large amounts of chicken, beef, and other meats over a bed of charcoal, lump coal, or real wood coals. Use the adjustable grate to achieve your ideal heat at any given time. Rotate the entire grate 180 degrees for simple 'top & bottom' grilling!
